Ihave just started running this last month and have been building up the time I run on the treadmill. Wednesday I got up to 6mph and went for 18 minutes and know my right knee hurts really bad. I don't know if I am running wrong or what? Does anyone have any advice on running for a beginner? I did go out and buy new shoes.

my boyfriend, unopened fresh jar of mayonaise. but he forgot to put in into the refrige after he opened, and the jar says refriderate after opening. i didn't notice it until the next day that he put in the cabinet, so it stayed over night in the cabinet. should i toss it or keep it? all though i immediately put it in the refrige the next day.

OK I got like 702 vireses. Trojen vireses or something.Please help
Now when I turn my comp on it is a blue screan that says something about a Fatel error.I am on my hubbys comp now. Please help I have very important stuff on there. I have tryed turning it on in safe mode also. It wont. I have already had to whipe it clean one time and lode everything back on there. I dont want to do this again. SOMEONE PLEASE!!!
