I'm being treated for acid reflux, depression and anxiety. So, I've figured all that out so far, but everyday I do not feel well. And I am at the point of losing my job because I cannot get up some days.
I take medication for the above conditions, so I know it's not that - but why is it 8 out of 10 days, somethings wrong with me. Either my stomach is hurting so much that I can't get out of bed. Or my body gets achy all over and it's hard for me to walk a lot. Now for the past few days - I've been having dizzy spells. I guess it's just hard to deal with being sick and worrying about my job.

My 15 yr old son was quite active communicating with his friends on MySpace, and suddenly he decides to delete his account. He recently got a new Sprint cell phone. Is it becoming passe, or is there a new hot site ?? Also, he knows I currently watch his MySpace activity and have read some things on his account he'd rather I did not. I have to wonder how much more it is costing me in trying to cool my home, while at the same time my computer is generating heat. Does anyone make a venting system that would make it possible to bring in filter outside air to cycle through the computer, than dump the exhaust back outside? Has anyone ever tried to measure the amount of air being moved through a standard CPU and heated up? I would suspect it is significant and should be considered in trying to keep a home, or business, cool.

Any suggestions in getting rid of this habit, or minimizing it. I try to keep myself real calm and keep my mouth shut but it doesn't work =( and during the process I seem to become way restless.
