Yes It is Safe For Rabbits To Eat Grass, They Thrive on it. As for Humans I Don't see it being harmful, Humans just do not have the enzymes in their bodies to digest things like grass, so you will most likely just poop it straight out in its pristene, undigested condition. Also where you get the grass from is important - in some areas the grass has been watered by sewage leaking from nearby drains in which case yes it is very bad for you, also there may be parasites in the grass that can wreak havoc in your body, you dont know what kind of filth is there on the ground, so no its not the grass that's harmful to humans but everything that lives in it. And now my question: 'Why The Hell Would You Wan't To Eat Grass?'

Not all types of grass, some grass has tiny needles that can cut our intestines, but it is safe to eat watercress grass, lettuce grass, spinach etc. Yes, rabbits eat all of these too.

Yes, but your stomach won't be able to digest it. So it's a bit pointless.
Technically you can eat a lot of things - dirt, paper, poptarts - but none of them will do anything good for you.

Omi, no. Because our appendix doesn't digest it... did you get hypnotised into thinking you were a rabbit and eat grass or something?

I agree with the first answer about sweetcorn!
Just do a poo scan first to make sure no animals have "visited" the patch you want to eat!!

I don't think it would hurt you, but we can't process it particularly well, it probably tastes horrid and you would want to be sure it didn't have anything icky on it (animal pee, pesticides etc etc).
What a very odd question!
