Am I the only person who finds it hypocritical that many singers such as Beyonce Knowles and Christina Aguilera, who flaunt their bodies on stage and in video clips and, to be perfectly honest, often dress, dance give off the impression that they are absolute whores- turn all religious and holy in their "Thank You" section of their albums?

They're always saying 'Thank you God for this blessing, rah, rah, rah..." and yet they're completely contradicting the majority of religious beliefs which state that sex is something deeply meaningful and that being a total tramp isn't exactly the way that a "good Christian" should act... what do you guys think? Are they being contradictory?

i met this girl through one of my good friends bridget, ever since i met her 3 months ago i have crushed on her soooooo hard... I cant get her out of my mind. We share the same hobbies/interests and she is very pretty. I am afraid if I ask her out and she says no then she will be all weird and akward around me and she wouldnt want to hang out with me anymore. Most of my question are about this person, three years together, then a break up , we were gonna get back together and all i had to do was break up with my new boyfriend but i couldnt and then i lost my ex for good. I was so young and i didnt kno what i wanted, i was scared that he would leave me again so maybe i chose the saftey route with the guy i knew wouldnt leave me, like my first love did. My first love promised he would come find me several years after we broke up and i hope he does, i have tried to e-mail him and apologize but he ignores me, he was my bestfriend and i love him so much and miss him with all of my heart. I think hes happy now and i dont want too ruin his happiness but i miss him so damn much and i feel like i need closure.
