Last day of the rest of my life
I wish I would've known

Unaware, I just did what I always do
Everyday, the same routine
Before I skate off to school

But who knew that this day wasn't like the rest
Instead of taking a test
I took two to the chest

Call me blind, but I didn't see it coming
Everybody was running
But I couldn't hear nothing

Except gun blasts, it happened so fast
I don't really know this kid
Even though I sit by him in class

Maybe this kid was reaching out for love
Or maybe for a moment
He forgot who he was
Or maybe this kid just wanted to be hugged

I was at the mall today working part time and i was cleaning the gunk from around the edges of the inner bowl. A pure layer of gunk was on my finger from the bowl. It smelled and tasted pretty weird, more like a bitter, liver flavor. What causes that ?

I'm currently 18 years old and I want to go back to high school but considering my age, I think I might just be a bit too old. I never dropped out of school; I just attended a different school which happen to screw me over completely. I would have quite a few subjects to take... Something happened with my transcripts and some of the courses I've takin' aren't on the transcripts. I've been tryin' to resolve the problem but they want me to repeat the courses. Should I just go back to public school considering that I might spend another 2-3 years in that god foresaken hell. I want to go to college and become a Elementary teacher in the future. Only thing I'm really worried about is my age. I know that I'm 18,but is it too old? I can definitely pass as a senior for 1 year but after that.. people gonna be like... "wtf'? he's still here?" In my heart I wanna go back but my mind keeps tellin' me no. Any advice would be most appreciated.

For the past few days my left eye has been irritating me and just recently it began to swell up... now its noticibly smaller than the right eye and is still swollen. I splashed cold water on my face as well as applied an ice pack but the swelling still exist. What should i do next?

my boyfriend and i have been together for two years now. (we are 20 yrs old) about two weeks ago he left me on a weekend to go on a fishing trip with his dad and two friends. i thought we had plans that weekend for a drive in movie friday night and a concert saturday evening. i guess somewhere i had gotten my lines crossed and was wrong. now that he is back, everything that comes up between us results in a huge argument. it doesnt matter what the problem is, we get into a fight over it. we love eachother dearly and were thinking about marriage...but i dont know why we are fighting like this-over EVERYTHING... it started a little before the fishing trip, and has been full fledged since...can you please shed some insight???

And do you miss them when you've broken up? (we had a 3yr relationship). i really miss him and would take him back even though he cheated, but he doesn't want anything to do with me. we had a really great relationship, very intimate and problem free.. i don't understand this. i sms him stuff like "i still love you and i miss you" etc. is this wrong of me?

Shouldn't it be deeper in the neck? In terms of survival, being so near the surface of the neck makes it easier to be cut or torn, resulting in bleeding to death. How come evolution hasn't corrected what I think is a dangerous error of human design?
