Just try telling him that you don't feel the same way and that you don't want him to bug you anymore. Try and say it in the nicest way possible.

Don't be mean (unless he is a mean person himself, in which case go ahead!), but don't lead him on, either. Just tell him honestly, "You're a nice person, but I'm just not romantically attracted to you at all." If you like him as a friend, you can try just being friends. Who knows, down the road you could change your mind.

Tell him you are not interested, and then proceed to stop responding to him in any way shape or form. No emailing, no calling, no visiting, no contact whatsoever. Allow him the chance to move on.

Jealousy, my friend had the same problem, and she just sat by another guy all the time (one that he hated) and talked to him all the time, it got him out of her hair in no time, but he got really mad at her...i dono if that's the way you wanna go.
