What is the meaning of the word "twoish" to most people?

My husband thinks it means from 1:45 - 2:15. I think it is 2:00 or after. What do you all think?

I figured it to be 2 o clock but Ive never used the phrase or heard it that much around me .

I'll have to go along with your hubby. Otherwise, it would be after twoish. To me twoish is somewhere right around two. Either a little earlier or a little later.
