I asked Nicole for a French joke-
Madame says "When I awake on Monday morning, I look at my husband's weather vane. If it is laying on the right side, I do the washing in the morning. If it is laying to the left side, I do the washing in the afternoon.
But- If it is standing straight up, to hell with the washing.

Does anyone have hiv or aids? how did you feel when you first found out?

i had an hiv test done last thur. i was so scared it all came down to truth, i spoke to the lady that gives me results and i asked her how do the people react when they found out? but i was ready to face my consequences. luckely it was negative. i felt like i cheated death , but yet i was ready to be prepared if i was pos. i told my boyfriend if i am or we are were going to live our life as the fullest , and get a credit card and max it out lol

How to increase shoe size?

Does anyone know any way to marginally increase the size of their shoe? Even by half a size by just stretching the leather?

I vaguely remember Roald Dahl has a technique of putting shoes in a bag of water then freezing them... I just can't remember if this shrunk them or increased their size? Anyone else remember?

how long do I percolate coffee for in a stove top percolator?

I bought a vintage stove top percolator and am not sure how long to leave it percolating for. I like my coffee strong...like Starbucks italian roast and such...I am using fresh ground beans and I know to grind them coarser than for a drip coffee maker but am unsure how long and what temp setting is best? thanks for any info!
