My neighbor's air conditioner leaked through my ceiling. Their Homeowner's Inusrance (State Farm) says they aren't going to cover my damage since it was an accident. I can not file another claim against my insurance since last year I had to file due to their water heater leaking into my unit! Can State Farm do this?

OK here is the deal...I took my dog to the vet and she wasn't exactly happy and the vet hit her! Can you freaking believe it! I left, I told him we would not be bringing our animals back and I would tell everyone I knew about him. What I want to know is: can I post signs around town, you know like hang them up in the library, grocery store, dry cleaners stating what he did and advising ppl not to go there or would this be slander (even though it is true) and could he sue me? I don't want to sue him since my dog was not really hurt but I would like to see him put out of business. He really does not need to be working with animals!

I have 4 children and recently got my tubes tied a little over 4 months ago but now am having pregnancy symptoms and am 3 weeks late for my menstrual cycle could i be pregnant or is this normal after tying your tubes to be late?? I can't go to the doctor I am too embarassed especially considering we already have 4 kids he'll think we are crazy!!! Our last baby was 5 months ago....HELP.

I am 30 wks. And I have had pelvic and back pain again(I had it in my first trimester it was stretching.) but not where I can't really sleep cause I am never comfortable no more. This has been going on for about 1 wk now and I am in a pregnancy club and they say that dropping can mean (if first pregnancy)that you will deliver in about 2 to 4 wks.Could I be having this baby really soon. Said that they are just false labor and I should take a long walk, a hot shower, drink a pitcher of water, sleep for about 2 hrs, then call and tell her how I am. If I am still having contractions, come into the office. I am scared about labor. What is it like, how long can it take, how much does it hurt.
