please help me it takes me like 3hours to fall asleep at night what can help me fall asleep faster besides pills?

This is a poem i wrote called "i used to"
I used to want you, need you, please you,trust and love you but i guess we aint gonna happen cuz your just some jack*** who plays their not and when theres girls around you, you don't think i'm hot.When your alone with me you act nice you act right but when your with your friends you just ain't right.I tried so hard to please you and make you happy but i guess its just not helpin cuz i thought i was your one and only but i guess i was wrong its just not workin.I when i first met you, you made my heart sink down to the bottom of my feet i needed you,I loved you i thought you felt the same way too but i was wrong you were just playin the guy thats always rude so I HATE YOU!

I explicitly told my friends not to tell the waitress at Bennigan's it was my birthday...those party parades are awful! I almost got away until another of my friends just had to comment. She really wanted a party parade for me...I didn't...not even for the free dessert.

Will those damn things ever go away? Just give me my cake and shut the hell up!

I do believe in spirits, angels, but not ones exactly that are like Casper or any scary movies. I don't understand why almost everyone I know believes places can actually be haunted like you see or read in scary movies/stories. It presents an unneeded fear. And I just don't understand where they get it from? One of my friends is actually scared to come to my house because I live next to a graveyard. She also believed one time when her and her church went snowboarding their hotel was haunted, because she swears the clock moved backward, and she says that her friend can sense ghosts. Isn't believing in this stuff (especially the fear) just mostly something we actually enjoy, rather than sincerely believe? Because it is thrilling to believe a real place is actually haunted?
