what do they look at inside that is different from a virgin to a woman that is not? also will tampon usage cause the same visual affect on the vagina as sex?

well if ur not a virgin, u won't have ur hymen, which is like a skin barrier with a small hole in it, it gets ripped completely when u have sex. using a tampon isn't like sticking a penis in there so i doubt it'll make it look like you've had sex

It is illegal and unethical for a doctor to decide whether a female is a virgin or not.A vaginal examination of a female is done only under general anesthesia except when the female volunteers to be examined otherwise.. Generally a woman married and having children only volunteers for a vaginal examination without anesthesia
