I have a play to do and I've been told to shed them fats I have lingering around my body (worst areas: abs, thighs and calfs). I exercise regularly, cardio 3 times a week but I seem to not be able to (more likely not know how to) tone my problem areas mentioned above. My play is in 4 weeks time but I was given 3 weeks to show some changes...my play director wants me to lose 10 kgs. (geez that's like nearly 4 kgs a week!!!) anyone have somekind of a plan I could follow or suggestions and advice I could use?

I live alone, in a country home, and im looking for a large breed dog that likes exercise, swimming, and laying on the couch.... .....WHY IN THE WORLD would any moviegoer want to see Jack and Liz get together in POTC 3???!!

It's a ridiculous notion first of all: THINK ABOUT IT

1) The music playing when Liz kisses Jack is very sad and sinister (NOT the same "happy kissing" music as when Will kissed Liz)

2) Why would Disney waste a whole film (POTC 1) dedicated to the romance of Liz and Will if they werent going to let the love survive even in POTC 3.

3) If Will doesnt get with Liz, who would you suggest he end up with? Tia Dalma?? (remember she's a funky dredlock woman)

4) PLUS: In WHAT life would Jack Sparrow ever choose ONE woman??? Besides he is a "Player" and a deceptive one at that

I meant lets face it. If christiains have a hard time understanding that something came from nothing Ie the big bang. And they believe that God has always been there. Is then its possible that univerise has always been there and has gone through cycles of big bangs and big crushes and there for has no creator and therefore there is no god.

When ever I'm watching a show on fox, the volume is a little bit too low, but as soon as the commercials come on, the volume increases dramatically. I find annoying that I have to constantly change the volume every time I'm on fox. EX: On the show 24, for some reason, the volume is very low and I have to put it all the way up so I can get into it, but when the show ends, some commercial about goodyear tires, or mcdonalds, or toyota comes on and is very loud.

I'm asking this general question mainly to girls because I've wondered about this and I've gotten several answers. Some girls tell me that you should become friends with em first but not long enough to get yourself into "the friend zone". They say that makes first dates alot easier cause you can focus more on having fun rather than trying to get to know the basics of someone. I'm usually the skeptic about this approach but I've thought about that and it makes sense cause you'll have more fun and there's already chemistry there. One girl told me that 75% of marriages started from friendships. I don't know.....what do ya'll think?

I have an outdoor kitchen, with a sink, but I have no plumbing outside. All I have is the kitchen countertop with a grill, and a sink with no plumbing. Do they make bladders that I could put under the the countertop directly underneath the sink? I suppose I could just place a few pipes from there to the sink.
