Firstly, I have to say your director sucks in my opinion. However, you have a problem because you need to do what he asked, I guess.
Hunger is the biggest problem when it comes to losing weight. Some things that have worked for me are:
Drink water every time you feel hungry. Wait 10 minutes and see just how hungry you feel after that time. If you really need to have something at that point, make it a V8 drink. They have about 35 calories but are chock full of things that are good for you, and reasonably filling too.
Have a lot of small amounts to eat rather than starving yourself until you are desperate for something to eat which only makes you eat more in the end.
Try starting the day with a low fat or no fat drinkable yoghurt ( I love the Light Nouriche - it's very filling). Check the calories and fat in others if that is not available, because some are surprisingly low in both.
Don't overdo it with the dieting - 3-4 weeks is plenty of time to lose 10 pounds which is A LOT and will show on your body! A couple of pounds per week is reasonable for your health but will visibly show results.
Break a leg.

What does cardio 3 times a week really mean? Bicycle for 15 minutes?
Anyway, here goes.
1. Walk 1 hour 6 days per week
2. the off day spend at the gym doing stretches and light toning on the upper body & REST
3. Drink lots of water
4. Eat no bread
5. Eat no pasta
6. Eat no potatoes
7. Eat no carrots
8. Eat no corn
9. Eat no sugar
10. Drink no sodas

eat smaller portions of food what i do is I cut tortillas, bread, FAT, I drink lots of water and milk I also take a multi-vitamin and eat fruit for snacks and I walk for about a mile every day. I've lost about 3-4 pounds so far. Hope this helped a little, Good luck!

become a vegetarian and if you can a vegan.
talk to an open minded nutritionist about it.
you will lose weight VERY fast.
