I have an outdoor kitchen, with a sink, but I have no plumbing outside. All I have is the kitchen countertop with a grill, and a sink with no plumbing. Do they make bladders that I could put under the the countertop directly underneath the sink? I suppose I could just place a few pipes from there to the sink.

Davids answer is good. Also if you have a outdoor spigot anywhere you can run the flex hose to that. and keep a 5 gallon pail under the drain or even get a large piece of flexible drainge pipe and run it into a container or other out doors.its also easy to sink a large metal container like half 55 gallon drum in the ground with holes punched around the bottom to drain it off , This was used at a camp we used.

Chances are there is no plumbing because of freeze up- Who ever installed this, must have had a method- look around. If all you want to do is have rinse water out there use a hose, and a 5 gallon bucket for the drain. If you want a full kitchen type, your in for some work. Look around carefully and try to figure out what the last guy did.

You can use a garden hose for the water running to the faucet. Many outdoor sinks are set up to take a garden hose. Then just stick a 5 gallon bucket under the drain. Pitch the water in the bucket when you're done.

a piece of flexable hose and a clamp might work as long as you have a place to run the hose to such as a garden. or sink a large garbage can into the ground after putting holes in it to let the water drain out. leave enough room so you can put the lud back on to hold down any smells . add some compost maker and clean the can out now and then.
