I have two flourescent light fixtures in my kitchen. I changed the bulbs in one last summer but it still flickers (or doesn't come on at all). Now the other fixture is flickering like a strobe light. How do I know if I need to change the bulbs or change the ballast?

Last night one of my co-workers mistakingly left his cell phone in the cafeteria. When he realized what he had done and went back for it, the cell phone was gone. He immediately found the cleaning lady and asked her if she had seen his cell phone. She replied no and explained that she hadn't been in the part of the building . However, after asking around, some of our other co-workers reported that they had in fact seen her cleaning in the cafeteria following the break. Realizing that he had been lied to my friend and another co-worker went to her car and dialed his cell phone number, and sure enough, his cell phone was indeed in her car ringing away. To make a long story short. My friend reported the incident to his supervisor, who then approached her about the situation. As an end result my co-worker got his phone back and the cleaning woman was immediately terminated. My friend called the police and reported it stolen. Is she a thief or just a dishonest person?

I am going to visit Singapore from Los Angeles, USA. I would like to know where shall I exchange US Dollars to Singapore Dollars:

(1) in US or in Singapore?
(2) if in US, where can I do the exchange in Los Angeles?
(3) if in Singapore, where can I do the exchange?

The goal is to obtain the highest exchange rate so that I can do more shopping in Singapore :)

This year I want to start a new leaf. I AM going to be confedent and proudly set but I dont know whether to have a lot of guy friends, be loud [not noisy...like being out there] and happy, be totaly chilled, and be skater [Ashley Simpson?]or be quiet, kinda girlie, cute for you guys, a "model" for the girls, but still be friendly, and characterized. Or should you not even care... and keep mailing them just because? Well i'm saying this cause i had several penpals that suddenly decided to not mail me.. so, i had imagined we had become good friends after 2 years,, and then they leave without warning.
