It was a fairly big round shortbread tasting cookie. It had 'Dixie' written across the middle. I think they were made by 'Sunshine' brand. I have searched all over the web and can't find a thing about them. I used to love them and no one sells them anymore.

They were called dixie vanilla and were made by Sunshine, which was purchased by Keebler. I havent seen them in years. They were large, about 2" in diameter and had good flavor, but were not too sweet,
