I have pain in my shoulder that I think is bursitis......?

I have had bursitis once before, but this time it is different in that I now have tingling in my thumb and the first two fingers along with the stiffness and pain. I have had this for over a month now and have tried ice pack and NSAID's to relieve the pain and nothing is currently working. Any ideas?

When I first laid eyes on my dog at the animal shelter, it was "puppy love"...could we be "soul mates"?

"Something" drew me to the shelter that day... never been there before...I found her there, a tiny 5 week old white puppy in a cat cage. It seemed like kismet, because she has been so important to me for nine years now. So...can a human and an animal be "soul mates?"

Which one sounds better?
