Well, you may want to think about the incest thing and the moral thing. But I see what you are saying and I am not going to be mean because I understand what you think. It would be bad b/c what if he gets in a relationship or you all decide that it would not be right and want to date someone else. I mean that would be totally weird. Also --he would always be a part of your family if he was a biological brother anyway--and it would be strange to get together for family events don't you think.? I mean if one of you ever told anyone --your friend or future spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend-that would probably freak them out. Plus a close relationship with a family member is special and unique just like a friendship is and there are certain boundaries that you should never ever cross. Of course you love your brother, but that love is special and you can not really go beyond that if you want to keep it that way. I hope I do not sound stupid, but that is my opinion. I do not have a brother, but I always wanted one for the fact that he would be protective and my friend and b/c he would be the only true guy that would never want something more than just that, b/c most guy friends do. So think of it that way.

Because you are of the same blood line. If you were involved with your brother it would be incest and that is against the law everywhere in the world as far as I know. As for people who were separated at birth or whatever, that would have to end as well once they found out they were brother and sister. Thinking about it grosses me out.

you are right ,it is perfectly ok to physically love another person. as long as both are consenting.it is only frowned upon by society. but have you looked around lately. there are sickos and pervs all over the world.society is no judge of you. if you want to have sex with someone shouldn't it be with someone you are comfortable with and love. you don't need to get married (another thing society frowns on) do what makes you feel happy.hope you have a great life. hope this helps

Of course you are supposed to love your brother, in the way you love your mom and dad. But romantic, sexual love... It's very socially taboo, in every culture I'm familiar with. The biggest problem is that children born from such unions have a high chance of genetic diseases (increasing with every generation). If you and your brother are falling in love in that way, you need to see a psychologist. Ask your doctor about how you do that.

Well, I think my brother is a great guy, very handsome, and if he wasn't my brother, he'd be the kind of guy I would know I'd want to be with.
That being said....he's my BROTHER....so it will never happen, and it has never crossed my mind for that matter.
It is called incest if you have sex with him....hopefully he is not sexually abusing you? You may need to talk to a professional.

i actually had neighbors that were brother/sister and they were married with 3 kids. Those kids were the dumbest kids i have ever seen, i'm talking totally retarded, and they didn't walk right either, something was wrong with the bone structure.
