I've been looking around for a while for any kind of book that has letters or instant messaging or something interesting in it. I found a few books but not many. I want to read a book that has someone writing back and forth to a friend or something. I love those kinds of books. Can you think of any?

My mother has had kidney problems since childhood, she went into kidney failure 4 yrs. ago and got a transplant last yr. Since then, she has no problems. My dad was recently diagnosed w/kidney failure. His Dr. says it is because 4 yrs. ago, he had septic, was in a coma for 3 months, and all of his organs shut down. He recovered from septic and now I guess this is like a side affect. Does anyone know what my chances are or any studies done on this topic??
