My aim is to create more competition in the World Cup Soccer and hence bring more fun to spectators.
Referees have not to favour any Team depending on origin!
Apart from Team to win by Goals scored, I propose FIFA to employ Judges which would make a panel. The panel will asses how team plays and assign points to a team according to the quality of team match.

Let's say God did create the first man, Adam, later on Eve, and the first man and woman had sex and "produced" their children. Then where did their children's offsprings come from? By "producing" among themselves?
