I have had my identity stolen and four people in my family have also. What benefit is there to Pre-paid legal service or any legal representation if the identity thieves are not being arrested?

i have not been a victim but i have heard of the pre paid legal service my niece is using it right now

l have, l had my last name changed in probate court. Never heard of pre-paid Legal Services.
