he has no problem in getting an erection when he wants to have intercourse with me but, when we foreplay and I play with his penis or try any other way to please him to try to get him to come he can't get or maintain an erection. Likewise if he tries to masterbate himself he cannot come either. But he does like being massaged and it relaxes him so much that his penis stays unerect.
It is beginning to bother him now, about 18 months ago he had his foreskin removed because it was too tight and uncomfortable when having sex would that have anything to do with this problem now?

How do I explain to them all of the gaps between all my jobs, I know most employers want someone that is gonna be with the company a longtime. What could I say to pull this off.
