How do I explain to them all of the gaps between all my jobs, I know most employers want someone that is gonna be with the company a longtime. What could I say to pull this off. Due to the fact I had to care for my mom I wasn't able to stay with any company for a longtime. Does that sound legit.(ITS TRUE!)

Yeah I would say to make sure to explain your situation to the employer. I had a manager that actually had to leave for a while to take care of his mother, so it happens. 10 jobs in one year is a little much, and I wouldn't think that ALL of those are worthy of being put onto a resume, but I'm sure you can manage to make it look acceptable

It really depends on what kind of job you are applying...i.e., if you were seeking a job in the restaurant business then you could tailor your resume to showcase all of your relative experience. This is called a work summary. If your resume and cover letter have strong wording, and are neat and free of typos don't worry about it, let your personality shine and you can explain why you have gaps in your work history. Good Luck!

How is your Mom, is she okay now?

If you still have to care for her, I suggest you find a job with flexibility and be upfront to them about your needs. This may mean working shiftwork overnights.

Or you might find someone to come in to take care of her, while you are out working.
