I work the overnight shift for 7 days in a row and then I get 7 days off. My sleep has been totally thrown off. I would like to be able to wake up refreshed everyday...but its been hard because Im sleeping during random times of the day and feeling groggy. Ive tried sleeping pills with no positive results. my housecat was MIA outdoors for about 6-7 hrs... now he was been under the bed, instead of his usual spot in the windowsill and just generally staying away from us.. though he is not a 'lap' 'type cat, I thought nothing of this. I tried to pet him and he cried at me, and hiss when I tried to lift him ..I'm not sure if he is injuried or mad at me?! He seems to be walking w/ a very slight limp on r front leg,, could this be a pulled muscle, that will heal itself, should wait it out or take him to vet for possibly something serious??

like for example: how can i loose weight? and how can i cover up my spots?
