I am wanting to make a southwestern-style lasagna dish tomorrow night, but the recipe calls for cilantro pesto (which is made from fresh cilantro, pumpkin seeds, jalapeno pepper, garlic, lime juice and asiago cheese). Nobody that I'm serving it to likes cilantro, so I'm looking for either an alternative ingredient in the pesto or an alternative pesto-style sauce that retains the southwest feeling. Do you have any suggestions?

If this matters:

The recipe calls for 2/3 cup of the pesto, divided amongst four servings. The lasanga will also contain roasted zucchini, red pepper, corn, spinach, ricotta, asiago, monteray jack cheese and a home-made smoky tomato sauce. I'll be serving it with pumpkin muffins on the side.

If guys are walking around with testicles and woman walks around with just a hole yet both sides have an anus, do you really need to stick something in the anal of either but yet some find it very excruciating pain beyond the minds that some turn to think they are a different type of person, but they are still human. Those that see others by being that type you really do not fully understand the meaning of the way people choose to live. A man that wants to live with another man is only showing others that they like men, but once they choose that direction it is not called being gay but rather ignorant in their own mind by using words to describe themselves, they chose a way of being misunderstood by life. However that man and woman were brought into this world, it was always between the male and female to reproduce it is only therefore both man and womans fault that they cannot choose to get along with each other so they make up by going to their own genders to find happiness and love

We all now know there are many planets in the universe...some of them most likely like our own...where life is abundant...on life harboring planets is intelligent life very rare? Would the inhabitats be humanoid in appearance or totally alien looking? Would they be more advanced than we are on average....possibly even achieving immortality?...or have I seen too many Star Trek Episodes?...lol Please explain your answer in detail. When do you think we will be capable of detecting or communicatings with such civilizations at the current rate of technological progress? Please be as freethinking and creative as possible...but try to include logic and fact and scientific explanation with your answer....
