Me is am attempt at a self construct to relate totality to, you do not now exist as separate to the rest of life and it is the continual construction of self separate from all other things that causes these continuing thoughts. You have been given a human life, greater than a god in terms of ability to consider escape from the cycle of rebirth, use the life wisely, do not kill other life forms, recognise the need to assist all sentient beings
