In a professionaly done job, what level of imperfection is acceptable. 12x12 porcellaine tile installed over backerboatd.

at least a dozen tiles set either higher, lower, or tilted. Comapny says this is acceptable.

I appreciate all the answers. This floor really does not look right to me. But, I just want to make sure what level of imperfection is acceptable. I want to be sure that I am not acting too picky.

There is a guy that is a friend with benefits. And I've really fallen in love with him, but he says he loves me as a friend, but doesn't really see anything more. Plus he says that he isn't ready for a realtionship, and I asked him that when he is, will I stand a chance at being his girlfriend. He said, "We'll see you never know." He encourages me to get out and meet other people, but I don't want to. My boyfriend has been dealing with depression for an extended period of time. When we talked about this two days ago, he admitted that he tried to commit suicide, and to me, that raised a red flag. He's very unhappy with his family, himself, his accomplishments, and his life. I would like to help him seek some help, because not only is his depression hurting himself, but its hurting his family and me. What can I do to help him deal with his depression?
