What are some causes for Post Traumatic Stress and what other then medication can I do to help Manage it? I also have severe memory issues, I have a hard time recalling what happened yesturday as well as a week ago.. Can anyone tell me what happens in Post Traumatic Stress and what it does to you and what other things you can do to manage this aside from medication?

I bought an old dresser that's beautiful but needs to be sanded. I bought a good sander and started at it tonight, but omg!!! Its going to take me 100 years of sanding to get this done. There must be a better way. I was thinking maybe some kind of scraper, you know those things that look like a cheese slicer that could take off a thin layer to get me started. I don't want to use chemicals...can anyone please give some time saving advice?

i recently turned 31, and i have no real friends. i had some, but they're very immature, and still into lying, back-stabbing, and game playing, etc, etc, etc. i have never been into doing any of that and am done trying to keep friends who do. we r now no longer speaking because of it, and i need to make some new friends who can be real, and as honest with me as i am! someone who i can call or who can call me whnever just to chat and can be there for each other. i realize that a really good friendship takes time to build, i'm just looking to start building! my only requirement is that u be HONEST!!!!! that is a huge issue with me right now. i do have one friend from grade school, and we chat to catch up from time to time, but she is extremely busy with a husband and 4 young children. i live in st louis, missouri, and am open to any responses! like i said, i only ask that u be honest! any thoughts on what i can do? or is there anyone who might wanna chat?

I was told that white gold jewelry starts off as yellow gold, and is dipped and through a process turns white.
I have well water and my rings turn dingy. I have to keep getting them dipped. Can I have a jeweler turn them back to yellow gold so they look nicer?
