I don't think you need one if you keep it away from plain view and not concealed.

Are you sure you need one for a BB gun. I have lived in several states and I know Kmart sells them over the counter here in Florida and the other states I have lived in...unless the law recently was changed.

My GOd.... YO Uneed a permit for a bbgun??? YOU may make fun of Mississippi, but when it comes down to it, there are few better places to live.... Ive heard it all... Next your gona say that you cant buy liquer at a gas station

I don't think you need a permit, you go to wal-mart and buy one. You may have to register it though.
