I thought I had a "friend". I met her through my hubby when I was pregnant. Well, now that I am not fat and pregnant anymore, she doesn't want to hang around with me anymore and she disses me. She thinks I want her ugly assed man, and I swear on baked beans I most certainly do not. What the hell? I have my own man. He's a slob, but he's still sexy, and I love him to death. Women are just insane biatches.

... if you ask for example: "Do you like this music?" and you get as an answer: "Yes" instead of "Yes, I do", or "No", instead of "No, I don't"? I mean, do you think it is necessary to say "Yes, I do"? Is it rude to say just "Yes". How does the difference FEEL to a native speaker (which obviously, I am not).

I"m 3 months pregnant and everytime i go to brush my teeth i start gagging, even before i actually start to brush. Does this happen to anyone else, if so what do you do to stop it?

I don't get why the *world* seems to be going ape sh*t ove rthis movie. I fianlly saw the trailer & it just looks like a quirky film w/ bad CGI snakes.

I know alot of people, many of them apperently like to hang out with me. However, while they do not seem to be intentionaly doing it, i always get the feeling that, if it weren't for me taking the initiative to hang out, they wouldn't. yet i see alot of my friends having people clinging to them begging to hang out with them. Am I such a social pariah? I mean, I like to think of myself as the adventurous and funny...(I guess there's no one who thinks of themselves as timid and Boring is there)

My sister died in Feb. 2001. No one told us anything. We found out over the computer from the S.S. death index but it does not say how she died or where she died. We have talked with the police since we failed a missing persons report but they can not tell us anything cause they don't know where she died at. We do know she did not die in Florida. Every where we look no one can give us an answer. We have check the computer that we don't know where to go now. We have checked every site possible. We think she died in GA. But we can not afford anymore. Is there any way to find out? Please help her name was Belinda Cartwright.

I would also like to hear a man's opinion on this...Last week, I had a nice dinner w/ my girls and had a huge crush on our waiter. He was flirting w/ me as well and he told us to come back, gave his card, told us he would've loved to go out w/ us that night and even hinting where his car was outside, make/model/plates and all! So my friend went ahead and left my name/number on his windshield and 1 week passed and he did not call. So I decided to call him at work and said he meant to call me he's just been too busy. I was a bit nervous and I asked if he had a GF, he said no I'm totally single...I told him he doesn't have to pretend and he said tell you what, can you give me your # again...when I get off work maybe we can do something. He hasn't called. Do you guys think he was just trying to be nice to me? Or what? I'm really clueless when it comes to things like this. Do you guys ever say that to girls you're not really interested in just be be nice to them?

i have been feeling miserable for the last two days... as found out that two or three friends of mine have been lying to be about work and stuff... thought i should just forget about it and tried to think of a reason why they would do such a thing but then when i got an answer from the work place , i just felt really bad.. and suddenly i just feel like i cant trust anyone... felt used coz i ended up doing all the work and going all out of the way to help them ... is it just a phase im going through? what should i do ? when i confronted them they got all pissed off at me...

i mean like i had a chance because he told me he didnt want to take it to far but he told me that i may have a chance but he just had alot going on and i just kept bugging him after he said he just wanted to be friends right now and now i call him and try to apologize and ask can we start all over and be friends but he never answers my call cause he thinks that if we start talkin again i will start loiking him and he doesn't want to talk to me and make it seem like he likes me like that but i leave messages and tell him that i want try to get with him if we talk but i guess he thinks im saying that cause we not talking then he probaly thinks i will start liking him if we do talk. but i felt we had a connection because we use to always talk and i could tell that he liked me but noww he said he not feeling me and gfirst i thought he was talking about my looks then i relized that he did like me at one point then i went to far with it now he not feelin me i need help to try to get him back
