Don't worry about losing it *fast* - lose it *sensibly* instead. First and foremost, ask your doctor for advice. Also, you must remember that muscle is heavier than fat - you may be at the same weight, but you could be losing inches because you're getting more tone and definition.

Of course the best way to lose weight fast, water. walking, water, walking. more water, no soda pop cut down on fats, and carbs, no junk food , peel right off!!!
