I currently live in Austin, Texas, a city known for its allergies. Many people move here without ever suffering with allergies and then end up getting them. I want to move to another city that has a lot of the cool things Austin has but without the allergies. Any ideas?

It will probably have to be in Fall or Winter since I used most of my vacation up this summer and I accumulate vacation time monthly.

Anyone have any suggestions on where to go. I was thinking the Fur Rondy in Febuary, Juneau in October or the Great Alaska Shootout around Thanksgiving

I'm going to Hilton Head Island for the third time. I'm going with my family and we're looking for something to do besides going to the beach, shopping, and going on a cruise boat. We have an idea of going kayaking, but is there anything else we can do? Also what's the best place to go as a day trip that is near Hilton Head? We have already gone to Savannah, GA for a day trip last year.

My kids and I love to travel, but often we have to find different ways to have a great time and also save money: (example: have had dinner and one restaurant and dessert in another, to prevent having to buy 2 meals in a fancy places when we want to visit both places).
Can anyone give me some more tips on how you have saved money travelling?
