Try the pier at Carolina Beach.
Not as crowded and more modestly priced.
Network Real Estate also has reasonably priced condos, but I think the minimum stay is 2-3 nights. Anywho, it's worth a shot.

Try Sea Ranch Motel in Carolina Beach, or Hidden Treasure Inn in Kure Beach.

the two Copacabana and Ipanema are friendly. the former is greater crowded and dissimilar, the latter greater state-of-the-paintings. yet they are at a small distance from one yet another. low-priced hotels are those located on streets parallel to the sea coast. dodge getting into Rio at night. have exciting!
