Last time my husband and I went to Las Vegas, we were approached many times by beggars asking for money and they were quite frankly scary to me. We walked away as fast as possible and a few followed us a short while. I was just wondering now that we are going back again, maybe there is a better solution or something I can say to them so they will leave us alone. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also is there anything that we should do that is not common knowledge as far as free shows or freebies to get while we are there. Thanks a bunch :)

Just curious. I know I'm not a high roller, but just curious as to how much money you have to spend to gain that title.

I will be in Las Vegas August 15 through August 22 and wondered if someone knows the best place to buy tickets at a decent price to the George Carlin show or David Copperfield. I am interested in tickets for one or both shows but don't know where to buy for the best deal.

Are these hotels generally valet parking or is the parking garage accessible to guests?

How does valet parking work, do you pay when you drop off your car, pick it up or both? What tip is the norm?

We're staying at a hotel on the strip and two of us are sleeping on the floor. We've gotten away with it at other hotels, just wondering if you think this one will be any different?

For example, the scene made me laugh when the Griswolds got off the plane and Clark was getting excited about being there in Vegas. What's the big deal about it? You can only truly enjoy yourself and get special treatment if you're a lucky high roller or you win a jackpot, and very few people do that Las Vegas. I think it's an incredible joke that people think they're gonna have the time of their life there.

Las Vegas is the worst popular vacation getaway because the goal is to win money and the chances of that happening are slim and people lose lots of money there on a vacation. It's usually a miserable vacation all in all unless the person is single and they get action with a hot girl, then, that might make the vacation "truly worth while".

Las Vegas is the most overrated vacation getaway resort to visit. Orlando, FL. or Anaheim, CA. are MUCH MORE FUN than Las Vegas.
