I have 2 days at the end of September to spend in either Breckenridge or Aspen. I'd like recommendations on which I should choose. No skiing is required.

My wife and I have about 4 days with out the kids and want to go out and finally experience Colorado. We have lived here for 4 years and we hardlyh ever go to the mountains. We want to do some fishing and some easy to moderate hiking. Caming in a KOA is out of the question (that's not really camping) but a mountain campground would be ok. If we need to hike in that would be fine too.. Thanks for any suggestions.

I am planning a family trip 36,35,& 8 yrs. from Philly to Colorado (fly) then a road trip from Colorado to the Grand Canyon then on to Vegas. I'm looking for suggestions for places to stay, things to see and do in each area and along the road. Any suggestions would be appreciated! We are looking to head out at the end of June 2007.

My wife and I were both raised in Orange County, CA. We now have 3 small children and are looking for a change of pace/better value society to raise a family. We like outdoor activities with the family, so that is why we are looking at Fort Collins. Our favorite activites are off-road motorcycles, PWC/boats, camping, and going to the park with the kids. Any comments on these activities in this area?

My biggest concern is that we will miss all the options that we have in So Cal (proximity to Vegas, San Diego, world-class beaches, Lake Havasu). Will it be too drastic of a change?

If you have firt hand experience of Orange County and Fort Collins area, I'd especially like to hear your comments. Thanks!

Have you seen the campus of the Art Institute of Colorado? Is the campus nice or is it considered to be sub par? It's on 1200 Lincoln Street kind of by Colfax Avenue.. I heard Colfax is a bad area. And if anyone has pictures of the campus I would be happy to see them :)
