My boyfriend is a British citizen and he needs to get a passport, but the part about the countersigner stumps him because he doesn't know anyone who can sign for him.
We do know someone who got a passport a few years back and used a barman as a countersigner, but we don't see "Purveyor of Liquid Entertainment" in the list of acceptable signers. Did they get strict or can one ask anyone to countersign?

Where to eat Heathrow? Is it cheaper to buy cognac at a duty free from the US?

Isn't there a law against false advertising?

Today I came back from Florida(so gutted) and whilst I was coming off the plane there was a logo saying "Scotland the best little country". I mean I don't get it. Is there proof of this.
