Shrewsbury is the county town of Shropshire, although Telford is a bigger town.

Historically, it is Shrewsbury, but the new Town of Telford is pretty big

telford is the biggets population wise but the administrative center is shrewsbury.shrew is by far a better night out too so i would go for the shrewsbury.(being from wrexham that was not easy to say!)
