for someone to pay 200 dollars a night for a hotel room? It amazes me the amount of people that pay this much for a couple of nights down by the landing just to drink. So for a weekend you are looking at 400 dollars not including bar tabs and other fun. How can anyone justify spending that much in a couple of nights that they won't even remember?

I traveled from Austin to San Diego Last year and had a Digital camera stolen from my bag...Just wondering if any of you ever had a problem with things being stolen from your bags.....I think the security people need to be checked before they leave their shifts, and go through metal detections like the passengers do.

Okay so I'm going to go travel to Italy, Rome but I live in U.S. They are COMPLETLY diffrent time zones. What can I do to get prepared or use to the time changes. I also have children 10 and 7 and they are very picky about going to sleep at their regular bedtime so any ideas? Please take this seriously, it is my first time traveling by plane to diffrent time zones.

I'm a culinary student right now, and I'm looking for food tours in Italy, I'm not sure which region yet. Hi, I might go away for a few days over my spring break and I was thinking of going somewhere alone. I've had a stressful semester and just got out of a long term relationship so I want to relax and rejuvenate myself. I'd like to go somewhere for 2-4 days. I live in California, so I'd somewhat prefer if it was a place in California, so I don't have to spend money on a plane ticket, but I'm still flexible on that.
