A continental breakfast is things like juice, coffee and bagels, rolls, donuts and such. Some have yougurt thrown in. Yes its free but it's not bacon and eggs. Also it is only for a certain time in the morning. I usually miss it because I'm a late sleeper.

Yep. I travel 200 days a year and the hotels vary in what a free breakfast entails. In Moscow last year, it was the biggest spread I have ever seen, including caviar, lox and any egg dish you wanted, along with tables filled with food. At your typical Quality Inn or other suites hotel, it is usually cereal, some doughnuts or pastries. Call the hotel and ask them what it includes.

complimentary=free. Eat. Just remember that there are closing times on those things, so if you go at like 10 in the morning, don't expect there to be a whole lot left.

Yes its free, but until they say "hot" breakfast its cold cereal, juice, maybe a banana or apple and plenty of variations on the "bread with sugar on top" theme. Forget about cooked hog flesh or bird embryos.
