Switzerland is no member of the EU (European Union) and therefore also no member of the Schengen states. Only EU countries are.

If visiting as a tourist you can enter Switzerland and Liechtenstein for up to 90 days without a visa. Switzerland is a member of the Schengen agreement, however it has not yet implemented it, therefore you will need a visa to enter any nation in that zone. Therefore, if you are planning on entering the Schengen area via Germany, you must apply for a visa with the German Embassy for a visa since it will be your point of entry in the Schengen zone.

Maybe, but you can travel here in Asia. If you want to come to the Philippines, please get in touch with me and I will be your guide.
Have a nice day and take care. GOD BLESS US ALL.
