i am 16 and in school and i am a junior. during summer i went to colombia for vacation. it was the first time i went but i loved it. i loved it so much i didnt want to leave. and now every day i think about colombia and i would like to go and try to live there. if i would go live there i would have a place to live and there are schools there. i know how to speak spanish and i can read and write it a little. i know it will be a big change because i live in New York City and the place i want to live in is Calarca which is a small town of about 80000 people. but everyday i think about going there. i know school will be hard and that everything will become a routine but i still want to go. i felt so much more happy there than i do here in new york. i have family there and i plan on finishing school. but how do i tell my mom. she wants me to finish high school but i cant wait. my dad is planning on moving there so i probable could go with him. what should i do.

Mauritius, The Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Bahamas, Aruba or Turks and Caicos Islands..

I'm going away in about 5 weeks time but where I go will be determined by how expenisve it will be when I get there - e.g I don't want to go somewhere where public transportation and food costs a fortune. I'm considering either staying in a studio [self catering] , or at a hotel with breakfast or half board.. thanks!

I just don't know... it's a nightmare trying to decide. My son wants to go to the Caribbean to explore his heritage.. he is mixed race.. but our family are not from Tobago but from Antigua. I explained that all the islands are very different so Tobago would be different to Antigua [The reason we are not going to Antigua is that I'd like to gong to a country that I've never been to before...]. We also thought of Tobago as it's a small island and don't want to go to St Lucia, Barbados, Bahamas, Bermuda or Caymans

Does anyone know if the weather is bad in the Caribbean in October and would we therefore have a miserable time?... and is Mauritius overhyped? Help..
