Bulgaria is growing in popularity so now is the time to go if you want a good affoardable family holiday. I have heard some stories about people getting food poisoning however I have heard more stories about people having a fantastic time and it quite difficult to spend money.
I've suggested it before but checkout some of the online travel agencies websites as they quite often have some excellent special offers to Bulgaria and probably from an airport fairly close to you. Some examples are Thomson, Thomas Cook, Cosmos, MyTravel, Balkan Holidays.
Bulgaria offers great value for money so enjoy it!

Expedia are pretty good. I've booked several holidays through them and all descriptions of accommodation etc. have been accurate. They weren't to Bulgaria though!
