We fly from Australia over to Manchester in England and stay with family for a month.. and then we are going on a Contiki Tour which goes for 16 nights.... then we are flying over to Barcelona for 2 nights then on to Rome for 3 nights... and then on our way back to Australia we are having 2 nights in Los Angeles and 5 nights in Hawaii...

How do you like your country? When I imagine being in Europe, it feels romantic. I'd like to see countries that have been around since forever. Hopefully I can visit someday.

I recently relocated back to India from malta and forgot to exchange the Maltese Lira in Malta. The forex in Dubai refused to exchange the currency and in India I hear it's next to impossible. Apart from having someone to take the money to the UK to change it, I wanted to know if there are any other alternatives?

Keep in mind I am American so I am guessing are dollar is worth more than in some countries. Also I would like to visit family in London how expensive would it be to get frome ngland to continental Europe?

We are planning to take the overnight train from Amsterdam to Munich. We would like to save some bucks by booking reclining seats, but if in the end they are not really that comfortable, we might as well book sleepers to get a good night's sleep. Has anyone sat in the 'super reclining' seats (according to raileurope.com) on any overnight journey in europe? Thanks.

I am going the third week in September. It is my first time going and I am hoping to have a blast! I want a hotel that is fun--no worries about too many families with children. I also want to be close to the clubs and the beach.

Just wondering, because I've been looking for graduate degrees in fashion and discovered that London/England/Italy/etc, offer a lot more graduate degrees (even undergraduate degrees) in fashion than America.

Let's say guitar player. And let's say Europe.
I saw once two guys in the Belgrade, they were really great. So I approached them, bla, bla...and I played a little bit with them. It was such a EXPERIENCE. Exposed to a random audience. Great feeling. So I was thinking, why couldn't I make may self an adventure. I got a friend who is great guitarist, we pack, bring some money, guitars and hit the road. We could travel whole Europe, meet bunch of people, play to bunch of people, see the world. Maybe we even earn some money, because in the Serbia an average motly sallary is 200-300 $. What do you think about that kind of adventure? Would you dare?

Hi,

I'm trying to plan a weekend break to Tuscany with my partner. I want it to be perfect because I'm going to propose to her!
What is the best/most beautiful area to go to & any suggestions of cool/luxury hotels.
Money isn't really a worry, like I say I want it to be perfect.

Thanks for your help.

For those who know who they are. I expect an answer.
I posted the same question 3 weeks ago and got no answers.
Certain people, in almost every question they care to reply to, they also give a star. Doing that, are they condoning the question for its igeniuty or is it a good way to collect points? Or is it politics? Or plain stupidity to recognise a really interesting question?
As we say "Kalos me ton astyfylax, alla kalos kai me ton xwrofylax". In other words intentional movements to be good with the asker to get the B.A. 10 points or to be on their best side.
