Is it a bad place 2 have a vacation? are the hotel room clean?

* the reason y i'm asking this is becuz i've heard bad and good reviews

Leaving in 4 days for the Bahamas and after checking everyones Birth Certificate one of them is in really bad shape from age, torn where it has been folded, even where the raised state seal is. It is all there but......how much of a problem is that going to be? Is there anyway to get a new one in 4 days time?

I mean there are so many places Latino's come from but from reading the answers from latino based questions all I have seen are "There just a bunch of mexicans." Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Colombia, ect. They are all Latino's too. Alot of caucasian people I know get mad if I group them as "white people." If I call my friend Kristy Itailan when she is Irish she is ready to drop-kick me.

I'm looking in to moving to Puerto Rico, and I understand that I'll have to take a pay cut. I've read that most jobs pay below 30 or even 20k. But when I search Real Estate websites like Coldwell Banker, Most of the houses for sale are several hundren thousand dollars. Is there something I'm missing here? How do Puertoricans afford their homes? Am I looking at the wrong realtors? Any information you can give me about this and other advice related to moving to Puetro Rico would be greatly appreciated.

What happens if you are at a resort like the Bahamas and a Hurricane is going to hit? Do they evacuate? Is it difficlt to get flights out during a situation like that? Does the resort allow you to reschedule for another time?
