I doubt that a real SCUBA diving instructor would call it "Scupa"!

Abroad is your best bet, Egypt in particular, Marsa Alam. Thousands of Brits travel there every year, in groups, solely for the diving experience. If I were you, I'd search the net for tour operators that specialise in this area and see if you can get a job abroad. If you want a job in the UK, am sorry can't suggest anything as this is such a specialised area of work.

If you are looking for a job, there are a lot of job sites around to look in. It might help if you spell scuba correctly tho. Try emailing some resorts too they might be looking for scuba divers too.

well first of all dont adverstise youre looking for a scupa diving intructor job... cause they'll send you for a few english courses
