At the moment no.
The main reasons ,are political unstability, and AIDS.
Haiti got a lot bad press because it was one of the first countries to have a high percentage of aids.It was one of the 3 H's
Homosexuals, > > Haitians, and hemophiliacs.
Many people think that Aids was introduced into Haiti, by the Gay tourists crowd who use to come to Haiti to pick up young Haitian men.
Also, Port au-Prince did have a lively Night life , where many young Haitian and Dominican Girls where available.

At the there's a good film called "Heading South" about middle aged woman , picking up young men on the beach.

I know there was a lot scandal recently when Jorgen Leth a Danish film maker, wrote in his auto biography , that he use to sleep with his maid's 15 year old daughter.

I doubt it, since it is well known that Haiti has one of the world's highest HIV infection rates.
