I am planning to go on a cruise with my boyfriend. Ihave never gone before and would like advice from people who have. Want to go to Bahamas or Carribean. Which cruise line is the best? Is it better to book now for May 2008? Should I go to a travel agency?Help.

in the encyclopedia on the dominican republic it said that the rest of the island is still occupied by haiti, i understand it gained it independence in 1844 but do the rest of the dominican republic is controlled by haiti?

I am working with about a $2000 budget for the honeymoon. If we do fly out, we will be flying out of Houston, TX. I'm looking for something in Mexico or the Caribbean but nothing very "touristy". I've seen a lot of package deals on the internet sites (expedia, travelocity, etc.) but I'm not sure if they are what I'm looking for. Any first hand info would be great! Anything in Texas that I'm overlooking would be great too. Thanks!

hi is it possible
a) to book a two week vaca in teh caribbean last minute
b) where to go for a good deal (keep in mind we're canadian and can go to cuba)
c) we're 5 recently graduating females (from university) - where is a good resort to go..
