The most dramatic active volcano in the Caribbean islands is in Monserrat. I saw it recently from the sea and the clouds had gathered over the peak as though action were expected. http://www.mvo.ms/
Many other Caribbean islands have volcanoes, often known by the French name "soufrière", as is the one in Monserrat.

yes they are volcanoes in the caribbean and central america but they are sleeping but the only active one is monterrat
