There are 40 islands in the Turks and Caicos chain, only eight of which are inhabited, so that leaves 32 for you to explore! Although, strictly speaking, they are in the North Atlantic, not the Caribbean.

there are hundreds of little islands in the Caribbean without people........ranging from tennis court size cays to mile square places like Redonda off Antigua.....the reason they are unpopulated is either there's no safe landing place by boat, or no fresh water supply.......bring a helicopter and a de-sal plant and set yourself up!

Little Curacao has a lighthouse, and some fisherman's shaks, but no inhabitants. Little Bonaire is the same, but with more plants.
