I want to travel out of the country but I don't know where to apply for a US Passport. The Post Office? The Library? or do I need to go to some court?

What is the best way for a visitor to pay the toll on Melbourne's Electronic Toll Highways? There are no toll booths, but there are a lot of signs telling drivers that you're about to be fined if you don't figure out a way to pay the toll.

I am travelling to Melbourne near the end of October. I would like to know if anyone can recommend a car rental agent that offers fair prices for unlimited kms. We are flying in and out of Tullimarine Airport (i'm sure I spelt that wrong) and would like to pick up and drop off the car there.

Can you share a penny of your thoughts? These are the comments from my friends and acquaintances. Whenever I mentioned Australia (in which I am relocating soon), it's either its a RACIST country and there are a lot of GAYS.

Im thinking of going to the University of Melbourne and I was just wondering if someone was flying over melbourne they'd be able to spot me cuz I'll look like a black dot in a whole city of whites.
I'm not predjudice, in fact ever school I've been to is mostly white and it doesnt bother me none, it would just be kind of weird If I'm the only black person in a whole city.
I hope none of you take my question the wrong way.
